WHERE TIME GETS LOST

The gap is often between the teams.

Buying another tool does not settle ownership or agree a shared definition of “done”. Start with the handover.

Everyone did their part. The task still waits.

Map the entire path, assign the next owner and agree what information must arrive with the task.

Three versions. No common answer.

Define the source of each field and a controlled way to change it.

The exception becomes the process.

Give returns, missing data and delegation their own clear route.

A CONTROLLED PATH TO CHANGE

Make it work small. Then make it work widely.

One process, named owners and a result the team can verify.

BEFORE WE START

Let’s make the next step clear.

Which process should come first?

Choose a recurring process with a visible delay, available examples and an accountable owner. The first session narrows the scope and defines what to test.

Will we need to replace every system?

First examine your tools and exchange capabilities. Shared rules, a workflow or an integration may be enough. Discovery informs any replacement decision.

How is the effect measured?

Agree a baseline, period and measurement definitions, such as handover waiting time, return rate or manual data transfers. We do not promise percentages before discovery.

Can AI make decisions on its own?

Critical decisions in our consulting scenarios remain with an authorized person. AI helps find, classify or compare information; access and quality are tested separately.
